Olivia and her younger brother Tim move away from their home with their mother. To keep Tim from feeling upset, Olivia tells him that they are making a movie, and no matter what happens, it will always have a happy ending. In their new neighborhood, they meet new neighbors and make new friends. But just as everything seems to be settling into place, unexpected troubles begin to arise one after another. In the end, will Olivia’s “film” really lead them to a happy ending?
