Do You Shave Your Legs?
At 13, a girl witnesses her friend cut herself while shaving her legs. From that moment on, she decides never to shave hers. She and her friends in school embrace freedom and refuse to conform to society’s expectations for women. But once they enter the real world, her ideals are put to the test. As friends gradually adopt mainstream beauty standards, and as others criticize her for her hairy legs, she begins to doubt herself. Can a principle that once made her proud survive the weight of the world’s gaze?
