• How much are tickets for the film festival?

  This year, the film festival primarily offers two types of tickets: "Early Bird Special" and "Single Screening Enjoyment."
  

  Early Bird Special: Each ticket is 80 NT dollars

  Single Screening Enjoyment: Each ticket is 120 NT dollars

• Are there any package deals available?

  TICFF aims to alleviate the financial burden on audiences and does not offer package deals for sale. As long as tickets are purchased during the period from "March 6 (Wednesday) 12:00 onwards to March 28 (Thursday) 23:59", a special Early Bird offer of NT$80 is applicable for all tickets!

  * Limited seats per screening; tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no reserved tickets at the festival venue, so please purchase early.

• Is seating assigned for the film screenings?

  For 2024 TICFF, seat selection is required during ticket purchase, please be sure to take your designated seat.

• How can I process ticket refunds or exchanges?

  On the day of the screening, ticket refunds/exchanges are not available. If you wish to refund/exchange your ticket, you are welcome to transfer, sell, or exchange tickets in the TICFF Facebook Ticket Exchange Group.
  
  〔Refund Policy〕
  Please process refund requests at the latest one day before the scheduled screening, with a 10% handling fee per ticket.
  During the festival, refunds can be processed at the on-site TICFF service desk at Taipei Xinyi Vieshow Cinemas.
  Before March 29 (Friday), please call the audience service hotline first and visit the TICFF office during office hours.
  
  〔Ticket Exchange Policy〕
  Ticket exchanges are considered as "refunds." If you need to change the screening session, please follow the refund procedure mentioned above.

• When is the film festival held?

  2024 TICFF will be held from March 29 (Friday) to April 7 (Sunday).
  
  During the festival, nearly 90 captivating children's films from around the world will be screened. We also invite directors of the films to join post-screening discussions in Taiwan, engaging in face-to-face interactions and discussions with the Taiwanese audience!

• Where is the film festival located?

• What are the operating hours of the on-site service desk during the festival?

  From March 29 (Friday) to April 7 (Sunday), ticket sales at the on-site service desk will start 30 minutes before the first screening each day and end 10 minutes after the last screening.

• Are the films screened with Chinese subtitles?

  Movies with English audio will have Chinese subtitles only. All other movies will have both Chinese and English subtitles.
  

• Can I bring food into the cinema?

  As long as you comply with Vieshow Cinemas' regulations, you can bring food into the theater!
  
  Vieshow Cinemas prohibits the following types of food from being brought into the auditorium: strongly flavored or spicy foods, hot and steaming foods, foods that create noise when consumed, alcoholic beverages, and any other types of food deemed unacceptable by Vieshow Cinemas staff.

• Is there an accessible space in the theater for people with disabilities?

  Taipei Xinyi Vieshow Cinemas is equipped with accessibility features, including a wheelchair-accessible elevator (assisted by festival staff), accessible restrooms, and wheelchair seating inside the auditorium. These facilities aim to provide a comfortable movie-watching experience for all audience members.

• At what age do children not need to purchase tickets?

  For 2024 TICFF, seat selection is required during ticket purchase. Every individual, regardless of age, must possess a ticket for entry, including infants and toddlers!
  
  * Before parents bring their children into the cinema, please consider the seat height to ensure that the little ones can have an unobstructed view of the screen.

• Will there be filmmakers or special speakers present for post-screening discussions?

  For specific screenings, 2024 TICFF will host post-screening discussions, inviting filmmakers or experts to share insights and engage in conversations with the audience. This allows the appreciation of films to involve not only one-way reception but also two-way interaction!
  If the program brochure indicates a marking, it means that filmmakers or experts will be present for the post-screening discussion.
  
  * The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the post-screening discussions. Any updates will be announced in the "Latest News" section.
