Do you offer senior or discount tickets?

During the film festival, tickets can be purchased at TICFF's on-site service desk Only available for purchase by individuals aged 65 and above, people with disabilities, and their one necessary accompanying person (must enter simultaneously). Please present relevant identification during entry; otherwise, the price difference will be charged. Accessible facility seats in the cinema are limited. Are there any package deals available?

How can I process ticket refunds or exchanges?
expand_moreOn the day of the screening, ticket refunds/exchanges are not available. If you wish to refund/exchange your ticket, you are welcome to transfer, sell, or exchange tickets in the TICFF Facebook Ticket Exchange Group. 〔Refund Policy〕 Please process refund requests at the latest one day before the scheduled screening, with a 10% handling fee per ticket. During the festival, refunds can be processed at the on-site TICFF service desk at Taipei Xinyi Vieshow Cinemas. Before March 29 (Friday), please call the audience service hotline first and visit the TICFF office during office hours. 〔Ticket Exchange Policy〕 Ticket exchanges are considered as "refunds." When is the film festival held?
expand_more2024 TICFF will be held from March 29 (Friday) to April 7 (Sunday). During the festival, nearly 90 captivating children's films from around the world will be screened. We also invite directors of the films to join post-screening discussions in Taiwan, engaging in face-to-face interactions and discussions with the Taiwanese audience!

Are the films screened with Chinese subtitles?
expand_moreMovies with English audio will have Chinese subtitles only. All other movies will have both Chinese and English subtitles.

Can I bring food into the cinema?
expand_moreAs long as you comply with Vieshow Cinemas' regulations, you can bring food into the theater! Vieshow Cinemas prohibits the following types of food from being brought into the auditorium: strongly flavored or spicy foods, hot and steaming foods, foods that create noise when consumed, alcoholic beverages, and any other types of food deemed unacceptable by Vieshow Cinemas staff.

This allows the appreciation of films to involve not only one-way reception but also two-way interaction! If the program brochure indicates a marking, it means that filmmakers or experts will be present for the post-screening discussion. * The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the post-screening discussions.
